Our policies can include kennel and cattery fees if you need to board your pet while you’re in the hospital. You can make a claim by downloading a form from our Muddy Paws website, completing it, and returning it with your receipts and evidence of your hospital stay.
We will pay up to £200 per policy term for the cost of boarding your pet at a licensed kennel, cattery or pet minding business for any periods when you are registered as an in-patient of a hospital during the policy term provided that you have suffered a medical condition and you are in hospital for a continuous period of over 5 days or longer.
