Our new name is now on our website, all of our communications and your policy documents.
Why change our name to Muddy Paws?
We always have your pets at the heart of everything we do, and as a company, VetsMediCover has helped you and your pets in times of need since 2016. We have won awards for our customer service and always work to deliver an exceptional experience time and time again. We understand the name VetsMediCover is a bit of a mouthful, so we have rebranded as Muddy Paws, something you will always remember and tell your friends and family about.
What happens next?
You will still have the same policy and cover in place with Muddy Paws; we just think it is easier to remember.
Our website has moved to our new company name; however, any old links to the VetsMediCover will still bring you to us, so don’t panic.
If you’re an existing customer, there’s nothing you need to do. We will communicate to you directly and clearly when your policy is due to be renewed. Nothing will change until then. And if you’re not yet with us, you can buy now on this site to get your cats and dogs covered by Muddy Paws.
You will continue to be in safe hands with Muddy Paws, and we can’t wait to carry on helping you and your pets when you need us most.
